“I make art to have a little fun. I have been making art since I was a little kid and took some art classes in high school. I always do the hard work but like to have a little fun. I like some action and some hospitality. My artwork shows that I like math, science, animation and science fiction. I want people to relax and feel my artwork. I want them to learn something about intelligence and the human race.”

Dan Severson has been a practicing artist for more than 20 years and has been doing large scale installation work for nearly that long. Dan is a former member of the Madison WI based collaborative art installation group Pickle Bear Art Club, and it also one of the charter members of ArtWorking. Dan Currently has a solo installation up at the Madison Children’s Museum which will be on display throughout the rest of 2022 and the first few months or 2023.
